HR Manager

Lviv

We are looking for a motivated HR manager, who will join our team! If you are passionate about your work and looking for your appreciation and growth please join us!

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in HR Management.
  •  Good acumen of HR industry trends, understanding of IT business peculiarities
  • Can develop ad hoc interventions and engage decision-making stakeholders behind required actions.
  • Strategic thinking and planning.
  • Ability to work autonomously but effectively with others.
  • Highly developed listening, communication, and negotiation skills.
  •  Experience as an event/benefits manager (IT preferable)
  •  Excellent interpersonal/relationship building skills, task prioritization skills
  •  English — at least the Intermediate level.

 

Responsibilities:

  •  Consult the line management on strategic and operational people management issues.
  •  Facilitate in resolving complex employee relations issues, and conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary.
  •  Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, and increase productivity and retention.
  •  Employees’ files handling in internal informational systems.
  •  Support the performance management process including objectives setting, annual reviews, ongoing feedback, development, and career planning;
  •  Supervise routine and administrative HR processes (on-boarding / off-boarding);
  •  Taking oversight of the company’s culture.
  •  Office management
