Requirements:

• Experience in IT sourcing or at least completed sourcing courses
• Knowledge of Boolean / X-ray search and sourcing tools
• Experience with resources and channels for finding good candidates
• Understanding of general recruitment processes
• Basic knowledge and understanding of the IT terminology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Intermediate level of English or higher

 

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements;
• Source and hunt potential candidates
•  Сommunicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities. ;
• Build and improve sourcing processes;
• Search and implement new sourcing approaches;
• Communicate with candidates to provide information about the position requirements;—Keep statistics and reporting.
