Senior Project Manager

We are looking for Senior Project Manager to join our team in Lviv.
If you’re ready to take ownership, lead multiple projects, and work closely with a proactive tech team — this is your chance to make an impact.

📍 Full-time position based in our Lviv office

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in project management within IT.
• Proven track record of delivering complex web/mobile products.
• Excellent knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with project planning, risk management, and team coordination.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• High level of responsibility, independence, and attention to detail.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (both spoken and written).
• Experience managing multiple project teams simultaneously.

Would be a plus:

• Relevant certifications (PMI, Scrum Master, etc.).
• Technical background or hands-on experience in software development.
