Middle+ Product Designer

We’re looking for a Middle+ Product Designer with a desire to create highly needed digital products, create something new that the world will see, and will benefit from using, and work in a great space with great people.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of product design experience working with digital products of different scales (Mobile/Web applications, SaaS)
• You have a portfolio that shows your experience in both UX and UI skills
• Spoken and written English skills of Upper-Intermediate level (or higher)
• You are performing at a top-level job designing user interfaces (User flows, you’re in love with the 8-point grid system, found of prototyping and providing great visual designs)
• You love Figma as much as we do and you constantly use Components, Auto-layouts, and Variances in your work ☺️
• You know how to build complex but scalable design systems, supporting product growth and development for future iterations
• You can effectively communicate your design decisions both internally (to the dev team, PM, QA, BA) and externally (to product stakeholders)
• Experience in creating and documenting design systems and UI kits would be a huge plus
• You have knowledge of how digital products are created technically (BE, FE, integrations, etc.)
• You are passionate about highly technical products, problem-solving, and the possibilities those products may offer
• You can and want to create complex digital products and services
• Addicted to learning and sharing your knowledge inside the team
• A go-getter mentality, who takes initiative

Responsibilities

• Working directly with clients during the full life-cycle of building the digital products (from research and ideation to the product support phase)
• Transform business requirements and user needs into a visually perfect and easily usable product
• Contribute to the design team’s knowledge base by improving design&work processes
• Mentor Trainee/Junior designers if you’ll be interested in growing that way
• Working in close collaboration with your team and clients
• Contribute to team competency excellence by improving the design and work process
