Co-Founder & CEO

Volodymyr Khmil is the Co-Founder and CEO at NERDZ LAB. He started the company in 2017, growing it from a small team into an 80+ person software development company serving startups and scaling businesses across the US and UK.

With a background in applied mathematics and hands-on experience at major IT companies before founding NERDZ LAB, Volodymyr leads product strategy, client partnerships, and the overall direction of the company. He is focused on building products that actually go to market — not just get delivered.
